2. Data Controller Roles
- ListBee = data controller for seller accounts, billing data, and platform usage
- Seller = data controller for buyer personal data collected at checkout (ListBee acts as processor)
3. What We Collect
From Sellers:
- Email and account credentials
- API usage data and logs
- Listing content and product information
- Uploaded files and digital content
From Buyers:
- Email address (collected via Stripe Checkout)
- Payment details (handled exclusively by Stripe)
Automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited and interaction timestamps

5. Payment Data
Stripe handles all card data. ListBee never stores, logs, or has access to credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.

7. Cookies
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management
- Analytics cookies: Used only with explicit user consent
8. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained during account use
- Closed accounts: Data retained for 7 years (tax and legal compliance)
- Content (files): Retained for 30 days after account closure, then deleted
9. Your Rights
If you are an EEA resident, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing

10. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred outside the EEA. Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure.
12. Children
ListBee is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
